Day 49 - February 18th. A piece about friends having fun, swearing, and one sad realization.

    Not Allowed

    "Fuck you!" Jonathan exclaimed.
"No, fuck you!" Dylan played along.
"How about you all go fuck yourselves?" Mark laughed out loud.
Only Christian said nothing, eyes cast down, looking at some imaginary point between his legs.
"Why are you so quiet, bud?" Jonathan eventually asked.
"My Hypnodomme doesn't allow me to fuck anyone," Christian muttered.

Day 50 - February 19th. A fantasy piece inspired by a very popular expression. Read it to find out which one.

    A Knight Falls

Sir Bedric crawled through the dirt, ashamed. Honor had led him on a daring rescue mission but not even honor could save him from a trap. The dark sorceress tittered, weaving wordless incantations. The paladin felt his neck ablaze, his eyes whitening.
"My knight in shining collar," she cooed before dragging him to her crypt.

Day 51 - February 20th. A piece about the lengths an author will go to get published.

    Publishing Deal

"Mr. Marks, we will publish your story provided you make the following changes. The main character must be a man, and he must be hypnotically enslaved by a woman instead of enslaving one," Darla Roberts of H. F. M. Dom Publishers said.
"So... change everything, apparently?" He asked, dumbfounded.
"Starting with your mind," she concluded.

Day 52 - February 21st. A funny piece about superheroes and supervillains.

    Not the Way You Think?

"This is not going to go down the way you think, hero," the villainess smirked.
"Aren't you going to use that ruby to make me your sex toy, followed by enough depravation to last for a lifetime?" He queried.
"That's exactly what's going to happen!"
"Thank God! You had me worried for a second there."

Day 53 - February 22nd. Alexandra Ryder continues her vacations, this time on France.

    A View to a Castle

    "Yes, General?"
"You should have returned two days ago, and yet you're still in France."
"Enjoying the views a little too much?"
"Most certainly. The one of this roulette wheel is quite entrancing. Can you believe I just won a Château by the Riviera as we speak?"
    "Sacre Bleu!"
    "No, it's actually pink."

Day 54 - February 23rd. The line between videogames and reality is blurred in a slightly creepy piece.

    Game Over

    "Run, run... RUN!"
Patrick dodged the bloody limbs and dashed towards the exit.
"She almost got me," he muttered, putting down the controller.
"What would have happened if she did?" Lara, his girlfriend, asked.
"I would have been turned into a mindless zombie."
"Really?" Her eyes glowed red. A claw wrapped around his left arm.

Day 55 - February 24th. A piece inspired by the old Mission: Impossible TV show, not the Tom Cruise movies.

    Impossibly Hypnotic

"Good morning, Mr. Phelps. Your mission - which you have no choice but to accept - is to try to resist this hypnotic recording. I say try just for the fun of it because we all know that's impossible. Still, it's fun to watch. Please smile. Your free will will self-destruct in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..."

Day 56 - February 25th. A metaphorical piece because I really like eyes.

    The Shape of Trance

    "I'm so tired," Andrew muttered.
    "Tired of what?" Pam asked.
"Of being so square, running around in circles."
    "Run in a spiral then..."
    His eyes fell on hers.
"Is that the shape of trance?"
"Perhaps. Seeing is believing or so they say. But you don't need to see, do you?"
    He felt his eyes closing.

Day 57 - February 26th. A piece inspired by the chorus of the music below.

The chorus played not so subtly in the background.

    Maximize me,
    Let's go beyond reality

"Anytime. Just say the words, my dear," she whispered from an unknown place inside his mind.
    "I'm yours," he drooled.
"As it should be. Let's take it to eternity then."
He crawled into her arms, mindlessly hypnotized, enslaved, free.

Day 58 - February 27th. A piece about time travel and Count Dracula. Wait, what? That can't be right, or can it?

    Count Me In

The vampire rose from his coffin only to see a lovely young woman in waiting.
"Cute entrance, Mr. Stoker," she said.
"Who are you and what do you want?"
"A weary lady looking for some fun," the time-travelling hypnotist grinned. "Stoke my fire while I drain your will, will you?"
    "Count me in," he muttered.

Yikes, Count Dracula. I like that S.B. The Shape of Trance is also good.

    Thank you.

Day 59 - February 28th. A piece about magic and revenge with strange connections to music (Wreak Ian = Requiem?)

    Wreak Ian for a Dream

"Are you sure about this?" the genie said.
"Yes. Ian took everything from me... my friends, my dreams, my virginity... he needs to pay. Do it!" Caroline spat.
The genie clapped her hands and his body froze. Ian's dreams of dominance and absolute control became a living nightmare as Caroline reached for the giant strap-on.

Day 60 - March 1st. A sexy piece about hypnotic boot enslavement.

It was the thirtieth pair of shiny laced boots. Anthony sighed.
"How much longer do I need to do this?" He tried to protest.
"For as long as I want," Melody replied. "Tie them up."
He did once more, specks of light hitting his eyes, knots and thoughts intertwined, booted and rebooted into total submission.

Day 61 - March 2nd. Alexandra Ryder goes under (mesmerizing) cover.

    “Alexan…? Wait a minute, you’re not Alexandra!”
    “I’m Alicia.”
“This is a top secret facility. How did you get in? Guards, arrest this woman!”
“Is something the matter, General?” Colonel Gibbons peeked inside his office. “Oh, hi 47-D… going incognito again?”
“Something like that,” Alexandra snapped her fingers.
The General blinked and woke from trance.

Day 62 - March 3rd. Today's piece was inspired by an Edgar Allan Poe quote. It's the first line of the short story.

You Can Quote Me on That

"The death of a beautiful woman is unquestionably the most poetical topic in the world," Lance muttered.
"Do you want me dead?" Harriet whispered.
"I want you to control my mind."
"Good, because the death of your free will is unquestionably the most erotic thing to me..." she confessed. "You can quote me on that."
