    Kelly I'm having issues with going deeper myself as well. I'll listen to one person and she does relax me and can calm my body, but my mind is some what a different story. Does Lady Jessica have audio files to listen to and if so where can they be located?

When using one hypnosis audio file, how many days should a person listen to it until the suggestions/triggers becomes a normal habit/routine thing? I searched online and some say to focus on one session for like 7 days to 3 weeks, then listen to it just whenever I feel the need. Is this an accurate time frame range for this? I'm still new to hypnosis/trance so learning all I can is a plus for me.

    Kelly My eyes would be closed eventually though and wouldn't be able to see video, but I can try it. I can play the video on my phone while in bed.

Still not sure if I'm entering into a trance on first file I started, but after this one I felt weird and bit groggy. Is that something normal? I know I have a irregular heartbeat/murmur maybe, been to doctor about it said it's fine nothing harmful. So, I'll hear and feel it when starting the file, but later I barely do or not at all. I wonder if that will keep me from fully being tranced.  less

One funny thing that sometimes happens to me, is that my nose begins to tickle, I also twitch often like I was given electric shocks. Happy trancing!

The other day while I was listening I could almost feel what almost felt like she was touching me like she said she was doing in file, but then I lost that feeling. Not sure how I managed to have that happen and couldn't feel it again. Maybe I am getting better or used to entering these trances and me just thinking I'm not in one is what's going on.
